Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking details.

Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on destination country and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are between 5–14 business days. Other international destinations: 10–25 business days

Tracking Orders

Most orders include tracking. Tracking details will be emailed once your package has been shipped. Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear. Customs, Duties & Taxes- International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes imposed by your local government. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable fees upon delivery.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order does not arrive within 45 days (US/Europe) or 60 days (other countries), please contact us. We will issue a replacement or refund once we confirm the shipment is lost.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.- We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
