Returns & exchanges

We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return, contact us at [samplesbysoli@gmail.com] with:
 • Your order number
 • Clear photos of the issue
 

If approved, we will either:

Send a replacement item at no extra cost, or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
 

Non-returnable items
Due to the nature of international shipping, we do not accept returns for:

Change of mind (wrong color/size, no longer needed)- Items without proof of defect or damage.

 

Lost or late orders
If your order has not arrived within 45 days (Europe/US) or 60 days (other countries), please contact us. We will issue a full refund or replacement.

EU & UK Customers
In accordance with consumer law, EU and UK customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.

This right does not apply to customized or perishable items.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
